About Richly Field
The Coral Pattaya is being developed by Richly Field International Co., Ltd., whose chief executive is Mr. Chunchi Xia. According to a launch report, it is the company's first residential development in Thailand. The project is on Soi Sukhumvit Pattaya 25 in Nong Prue, on an 11 rai site, and is planned as 1,447 units in eight eight-storey buildings built over three phases. Construction was scheduled to start in late 2024, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2027.
