About MIDA Assets
The Panora projects are developed by Mida Property Co., Ltd., affiliated with Mida Assets Public Company Limited, a Bangkok-based company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker MIDA. Mida Assets was established in 1991 and took its current name in 1997. Its main business is hire-purchase financing, alongside real-estate development, hotels and golf courses. In Pattaya it built The Panora Pattaya, a 38-floor condominium on Pratumnak Hill. Its second project in the area is The Panora Estuaria in Na Jomtien, with 264 units across four buildings.
