Lake Mabprachan Resort. This unique 33 room guest house is located around Mabprachan Lake in East Pattaya. Built in 2006-2007 and successfully managed by the owner until 2010 and then taken over until now and with continued success. The whole resort has just received a total renovation to bring it up to excellent condition. Lake Mabprachan Resort is built on land covering just over 3 Rai (4,836 sq.m) and the built up area is over 2,000 sq.m. The whole villa resort has been built on a single floor with ramps to give easy access for wheelchairs. This resort is multi-functional and can be used as a holiday resort, hotel, private gentlemen club, big massage parlour in cooperation with tour agencies or home for elderly, rehabilitation centre or it of course can be a private home for any large family. The resort comprises a security house which covers 54 sq. meters. The swimming pool size is 22 by 8m with a large Jacuzzi which has the capacity to seat 10 people. The pool has a salt water chlorinator and pumps which have all just been renewed. General Equipment Info Great care has been taken to equip the resort to a very high standard. Technology has been used throughout to ensure smooth and efficient running of the resort, along with creating a high customer satisfaction level. A lot of the resort furniture is made from teakwood, handmade on special order in Lam Pang province, North of Thailand. ADSL internet with Wi-Fi access is running throughout the resort, including every room. There are Satellite systems receiving all major Pay-Tv networks broadcasting over Asia. 29” TV's are in every room all with 99+ channel cable. There is one outdoor projection system (6000 lumens LCD projector), along with a powerful HiFi P.A system, PLUS two indoor projection systems (1 in the pub/restaurant, and 1 linked with surround sound in the movie theatre).
